  • Bonnie Gaudette is an associate in the Boston office of Haug Partners where she works on antitrust and pharmaceutical patent litigations.
  • Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gaudette was a consultant at Ernst & Young where she provided managed document review and data analytics guidance to life sciences clients involved in complex litigations and investigations. Prior to her consulting work, Ms. Gaudette served as Shire Pharmaceutical’s Lead eDiscovery Legal Counsel establishing and developing comprehensive eDiscovery programs for Shire’s litigation group, managing the EDRM spectrum of eDiscovery functions from preservation to production. While at Shire, Ms. Gaudette gained extensive knowledge of litigation, particularly focusing on managing discovery and deposition preparation. Additionally, Ms. Gaudette served as Shire’s legal liaison with the information technology group and other company stakeholders providing risk assessment guidance on a variety of legal and technical issues, including data preservation obligations, corporate policy development and the implementation of enterprise solutions.
  • In law school, Ms. Gaudette was a member of the editorial board for Ohio Northern University’s Law Review.

OVERVIEW

Bonnie Gaudette is an associate in the Boston office of Haug Partners where she works on antitrust and pharmaceutical patent litigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gaudette was a consultant at Ernst & Young where she provided managed document review and data analytics guidance to life sciences clients involved in complex litigations and investigations.
