Kyle draws on his industry experience and technical background to understand and effectively address client issues.
Kyle Koemm is an associate in the New York office of Haug Partners, where his practice focuses on patent litigation. Kyle graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law where he served as a Managing Editor of IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center For Intellectual Property. During law school, he worked in the legal department of a multinational defense, aerospace, and security company where he focused on patent, trademark, and commercial matters. Kyle also clerked in the United States International Trade Commission's Office of Unfair Import Investigations. Before law school, Kyle received his B.A. from the College of Wooster, where he studied chemistry and French and researched antitumor agents.
