Kyle draws on his industry experience and technical background to understand and effectively address client issues.
Kyle Koemm is an associate in the New York office of Haug Partners focusing his practice on patent and trademark enforcement and prosecution. Kyle’s patent practice relates to pharmaceutical patent litigation, where he has experience in fact and expert discovery, as well as preparing witnesses for deposition and trial testimony. Kyle’s trademark practice encompasses various aspects of trademark strategy, management, and enforcement. He has significant experience handling matters relating to both domestic and international trademark prosecution and strategy, working extensively with foreign companies entering the U.S.
Kyle also has experience in anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, trademark and copyright licensing, and has been the lead associate on multiple licensing arrangements. Kyle received his B.A. from the College of Wooster, where he studied chemistry and French. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center For Intellectual Property.
